Arrive
We have offsite parking available for our guests. The parking lot is located directly behind the Apex Counseling Center at 3200 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21224. It is just one city block away from our building. The designated parking area is across the street from Patterson Alliance which has a huge sign that is highly visible. Once you’re parked, walk south across Eastern Avenue on East Avenue to our address (516 S. East Avenue). The church is located on the corner of South East Avenue and Fleet Street. There will be signs in front of the church and greeters there to welcome you and answer any questions you may have. Dress up or dress casually, but come as you are!
Have Kids?
Our Nursery, Children’s, and Teen Ministry provides a safe, loving, and Christ-centered environment where children and teens can grow in their faith. Our nursery (up to age five) follows a classroom-style routine that includes a short Bible story, Bible songs, a simple Bible verse, playtime, and snack time, with take-home materials for parents. Children and teens learn God’s Word through age-appropriate lessons, music, prayer, and activities that encourage spiritual growth and strong character. For safety, we use a secure check-in system with pagers, have cameras in the nursery, and require background checks for all ministry workers.

Singing
Our worship service lasts around an hour and fifteen minutes. We sing a variety of songs in a variety of styles to praise God and tune our hearts toward spiritual things.
Preaching
The central focus of our worship service is the teaching and preaching of God’s Word. Each week, you will hear a verse-by-verse message from the Bible that is applicable to everyday life. We believe that the preaching of God’s Word is the most important part of our worship service and that it is essential to our growth and joy in every season of life. Here at Baltimore Baptist, you will find preaching that is faithful to God’s Word and has application for all of life.
